SMH will try to ensure a confirmed appointment with a doctor for the User who requested an appointment on the Website. But, SMH does not guarantee that the User will get a confirmed appointment. Further, the hospital has no liability if the confirmed appointment is later cancelled, postponed or rescheduled by the hospital or the Doctor is not available as per the given appointment time.
